LEXINGTON, Ky- Even a departure at the crack of dawn wasn’t going to stop Kash Daniel from introducing his teammates to Paintsville.
“Half the ride I was asleep,” said Quarterback Terry Wilson. “But he woke me up and was telling me everything. Where the jail is, the high school. As we were walking up in here he was showing us the baseball field and telling us about all the memories he had there. It’s cool to how much he loves his home town.”
Pure joy on faces today as some UK standouts, plus some trophy’s made their way to Paintsville today. This is home for Kash Daniel who just received a late birthday card from his grandma. He looked at me and said “I promise this isn’t an NCAA violation” 😂 pic.twitter.com/IJOD7jLG43

Joining Kash and Wilson were defensive players Jamin Davis and DeAndre Square.
Daniel, arguably one of the greatest football players to ever come out of Paintsville arrived to a line out the door filled with fans who wanted pictures and autographs.
“It means a lot to me to bring three of my best friends back to my hometown,” said Daniel. “I talk about it a bunch and now they finally get to see Wild West Paintsville.”
The stop in Paintsville was part of the Big Blue Caravan that concludes at weeks end.
