GARRARD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– The family of missing Richmond woman Savannah Spurlock says that a private investigator is now helping them in the case.
Spurlock was seen leaving a Lexington bar in the early morning hours of January 4 with three men, two of which were seen on surveillance video with her. Investigators say she got into a car with them and then went to a house in Garrard County.
Police have searched in and around two homes in the Garrard County area and they have seized a white car from one of the properties. Months later, none of the men have been identified as suspects.
Private Investigator Salvatore Grasso told LEX 18 that he commends the work done by Richmond Police, but he believes that he can help uncover additional information to pass along to investigators.
Grasso joined the search Wednesday. He spent Thursday getting acquainted with the area in Garrard County.
“That’s certainly a mystery to me, and it’s got an odor to it, somebody knows something, who used to live in that house,” said Grasso.
